Everyone deserves a good night’s sleep, even after having a baby. Sleep plays a vital role in our health and well-being, so when your child has trouble falling asleep and is up multiple times in the night, it can impact everyone in the family. Sleep coaching provides each family with the skills, confidence, and knowledge they need to get the sleep they deserve. At Primrose Postpartum, we work with babies and children ages 0-6 years old to develop their sleep skills. So whether room sharing or your child is in their own room, we can find a strategy that will work for you.
Whether you’re struggling with naps, early waking, nighttime sleep, or all 3 we have you covered!

As you follow along with the sleep program you’ve selected, you’ll learn about different approaches to sleep coaching and the method that may work best for you and your family. You’ll learn how to address your little one’s sleep needs so that they can learn how to become independent, confident sleepers. Each program offers a guaranteed, proven way to teach your child to sleep through the night, take longer restorative naps, and sleep later in the morning so that your family can benefit from feeling rested, refreshed, and restored.
This program isn’t for everyone: Your child should be 6 months (or older) AND sleeping through the night before beginning. We always fix night sleep first! See the nighttime sleep training program here.
